House of Representatives

Mr Tim Wilson MP:

In my three-year walkabout from this place, between 2022 and 2025, there were people who should have been acknowledged for their life and service to our community that were not properly acknowledged, and today I'd like to do so, I also want to acknowledge Dick Morgan, who passed peacefully at Holmesglen hospital in Moorabbin. He was devoted partner to Barbara, could always be found walking up Bay Street and was a much-loved stepdad to Mark, Neal and Janine. We want to pay respects to his life. May he rest in peace.
