Residents of Bayside, Glen Eira, and Kingston deserve modern, well-funded community infrastructure. But when the Labor Government cut $100 million in local infrastructure funding, our community was left to deal with the consequences.

The Hodgson Reserve in Bentleigh needs a smart lighting upgrade. Despite local demand, the park still lacks the lighting needed to make it a safe and accessible space all year round.

Earlier this year, we pledged $300,000 to install smart lighting so the reserve can be used safely into the evening. 

Glen Eira is ready. With support from the Federal Government, we can finally deliver the open space Bentleigh needs and make sure our community isn’t left behind.
