An elected Liberal Government will contribute $70,000 to support vital security upgrades atthe Moorabbin Hebrew Congregation Centre.

Liberal candidate for Goldstein, Tim Wilson has secured this commitment to ensure that the Moorabbin Hebrew Congregation can continue being a safe and welcoming facility and meet the unique needs of the Jewish community.

The Moorabbin Hebrew Congregation plays a vital role in supporting our local Jewish community by hosting events, religious services, and community programs.

“The sad reality is that the rise of antisemitism in recent years and the failure of the Albanese and Allan Labor Governments to confront it has left our Jewish Australian community vulnerable. This important funding will help support the community through a difficult time and invest in its present and future.”

This commitment is part of the Liberals’ plan to strengthen local communities and get Australia back on track.
